About Osia Villa 주거 인테리어 디자인
오시아 빌라(Osia Villa)는 논 경관을 바라보는 2,800제곱미터 규모의 대지에 자리한 개인 주택입니다. 이 디자인은 실내와 실외 공간을 연결하여 거주 공간과 풍경 사이의 경계를 허물었습니다. 빌라에는 두 개의 테라스가 있습니다. 동쪽 테라스는 아침 식사를 위한 공간으로 구성되었고, 2층에 위치한 서쪽 테라스는 저녁 모임 공간으로 활용됩니다. 여가 층에 마련된 파고라 좌석 공간은 기존 보 그리드 구조에 의해 지지되며, 지는 해의 풍경을 액자처럼 담아냅니다. 자재는 현지에서 조달되었으며, 포장재로는 폐화강석 조각을 재활용했습니다.

- Unique Properties
- A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

- Production Technology
- The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
- Research
- The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
- Inspiration
- The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
- Operation Flow
- The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
