IT Factory 오피스 인테리어 디자인 소개

IT Factory는 우크라이나 하르키우의 리노베이션된 산업용 건물 안에 조성된 오피스 인테리어입니다. 이 오피스는 4,500제곱미터 규모로 24시간 운영되기 때문에 업무 공간과 휴식 공간이 균형을 이루도록 계획되었습니다. 기존의 콘크리트 구조체와 금속 가새는 그대로 보존되어 인테리어의 강조 요소로 활용되었습니다. 2층의 층고가 두 배로 높은 공간은 휴식을 위한 여유를 유지하면서도 업무 공간을 추가로 확보해 줍니다. 새로 설치된 환기, 난방, 공조 설비는 인테리어의 일부로서 노출된 상태로 남겨졌습니다. 밝고 절제된 컬러 액센트는 공간의 단조로움을 피하게 해 줍니다.

고유 특성: The priority was to preserve the existing concrete structures and use them as accents of the interior space.The introduction of bright colour accents helped to avoid monotony and uniformity of spaces, as well as to visually refocus attention during the operation of the premises.

생산 기술: Renovation of any old premises, as a rule, involves significant alterations of the engineering part. And this is one of the most difficult parts of the entire construction process. It is known that objects built during the Soviet era do not have modern ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems. Thus, the new engineering networks have become an additional element of the space.
디자인 과제: The most challenging in this project was deciding which construction to leave as it is, restorate or demolish. It was a priority to preserve the existing structures so that they could be used in the interior - for example, metal knee brace. But still some constructions required complete restoration - the walls of the second and third floors were built again. Using engineering systems and constructions allowed to create office identity and turn obstacles to advantage.
영감: The main interest and inspiration for the studio is the very essence of the renovation project - the restoration of an empty space of an industrial building and the embodiment of a new life in it through the introduction of new functions.
프로젝트 기간: Project started in September 2020 and finished January 2021, in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
운영 흐름: The main factor for the formation of space is office working hours - it is open 24/7. Such an environment has to be comfortable, thus the balance of functional zones becomes as important as it’s set. To create in open space enough working places but save room for resting zones double-height space on the second floor was developed. Choosing a colour scheme the decision was to introduce bright but carefully measured accents, which don't take all the attention.
