Yoga House 지속가능한 주택 소개

요가 하우스는 패시브 솔라 어스 셸터(passive solar earth shelter) 방식으로 설계된 지속가능한 주택이다. 건물 면적은 224제곱미터이며 천연 소재와 업사이클링 소재로 지어졌다. 열용량(축열체) 구조와 자연 환기를 통해 실내 온도를 조절한다. 태양광 패널과 풍력 터빈이 전력을 공급하며, 빗물은 집수되어 장기간 사용할 수 있도록 저장된다. 유기농 정원에서는 부지 내에서 직접 식량을 재배할 수 있다. 주로 단층으로 구성된 배치는 기존 수목을 모두 보존하고 좋은 조망을 확보하기 위해 지형에 맞춰 자유롭게 배향되었다.

고유 특성: Earthship structures are intended to be off-the-grid ready homes, with minimal reliance on public utilities and fossil fuels. The building is constructed to use available natural resources, especially energy from the sun and rainwater. They are designed with thermal mass construction and natural gross ventilation to regulate indoor temperature, and the designs are intentionally uncomplicated and mainly single story. Special attention is paid to landscape and visual analysis and the ability to adjust the angle of placement of the building to open the most favorable view prospects.
