GTC Office Space 사무실 인테리어 디자인 소개

GTC 오피스 스페이스는 불가리아 소피아에 위치한 업무 공간 인테리어로, 유럽 전역에서 대형 오피스 및 리테일 건물을 개발하는 건설 회사를 위해 조성되었다. 450제곱미터 규모의 평면은 각 부서별 독립된 개인 사무실을 입구와 리셉션 구역에서부터 이어지는 공용 협업 공간 주위에 배치한다. 선형의 목재 마감재가 서로 다른 영역을 구획하며 기업의 정체성을 부여한다. 노출된 천장 구조와 덕트는 인더스트리얼한 감각을 더한다. 그 결과 따뜻하고 환영받는 느낌의 업무 환경이 완성되었다.

Their office in Sofia – Bulgaria consists of separate personal offices for the different departments of the company surrounding a joined collaboration area that extends from the entrance and reception area of the space.

디자인 과제: The creative challenge was to keep the corporate feeling in the space but design a welcoming and not boring environment, create a space where besides personal space employees can gather and discuss ideas.
연구: The research was made on the overall values of the company and the personal needs of every member of the team to create the matching functionality of each cabinet and create a space that represents in the best way the values of the company.
영감: The space is a combination of a corporate feel that can be found in the strict linear patterns of the wooden claddings that define the areas and a strong industrial feel of the exposed ceiling structure and ducts to show “the product” of the company’s business as the office space is located in an office building that the client (GTC) built recently in Sofia.
