About City Archipelago 도시 지구 마스터플랜

시티 아키펠라고(City Archipelago)는 상하이 푸퉈구 전루 부도심에 위치한 15헥타르 규모 부지를 위한 도시 지구 계획이다. 본 계획은 과거 브라운필드였던 지역을 업무, 주거, 디지털 혁신 기능이 어우러진 복합 지구로 탈바꿈시킨다. 수변 공간과 녹지는 그린 인프라로 기능하여 폭우로 인한 침수를 관리하고 도시의 일상적인 삶의 질을 향상시킨다. 친환경 건축물들은 느슨한 패턴으로 배치되어 섬과 같은 군집을 형성한다. 도시 간선도로변에 배치된 비즈니스 서비스 시설은 소음과 시각적 방해 요소를 저감한다.

Ecospace in concentrated urban areas holds lasting appeal for locals and entrepreneurs and breathes new life into the region.
Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
