About Socl 산업용 청소 로봇

Socl은 공장 환경을 위해 개발된 산업용 청소 로봇이다. 이 로봇은 서비스 로봇의 유연성과 산업용 로봇의 효율성 및 안전성을 결합했다. 청소 작업이 입력되면 Socl은 공장 레이아웃을 스캔하여 지도를 생성하고 적합한 청소 경로를 계획한다. 레이저, 비전, 초음파 센서는 로봇이 장애물을 회피하고 추락을 방지하도록 돕는다. 또한 Socl은 엘리베이터 및 자동문과 연동될 수 있어 생산을 중단하지 않고도 청소를 완료할 수 있다. 모듈식 설계를 통해 필요에 따라 기능을 선택할 수 있다.

Unique Properties: SOCL cleaning robot is an intelligent robot focusing on cleaning operations in the industrial field, which innovatively integrates the intelligence and flexibility of service robots with the efficiency and safety of industrial robots. The SOCL cleaning robot incorporates the concept of future intelligent technology - tough lines, solitary and ingenious color matching and lights full of sci-fi elements which surrounding industrial environment.
Dimensions & Packaging: 宽936mm，深840mm，高1035mm，重量280kg，清洗宽度750mm，油箱间隙容量80L，油箱容量70L，运行方向向前向后转弯旋转，转弯半径旋转到位，最小行走通道宽度1200mm，旋转通道宽度1200mm，安全保护激光视觉超声波防坠落，贴边距离20cm

Design Challenge: 研究难点在于，满足复杂的清洁任务，与工厂设备无缝对接，在不暂停生产操作的情况下完成清洁操作，自主避免，自动化工作站，整个过程无需人工干预。现在我们已经解决了上述问题，实现了批量生产。
Research: 专注于工业领域清洁操作的智能机器人，满足复杂的清洁任务。卫星清洁机器人的出现，将人们从繁琐危险的工业清洁作业中解放出来。它可以与工厂中的设备无缝连接，在不暂停生产操作的情况下完成清洁操作。星威莱机器人采用模块化设计理念，用户可以根据实际需求定制功能模块。
Inspiration: The emergence of the product liberated people from complex, cumbersome and dangerous industrial cleaning operations. Not only that, it can also cooperate with elevators, automatic doors and other equipment in the factory, especially IC equipment, new energy battery manufacturing, intelligent black light factory and other fields.
Project Duration: 项目将于2021年开始，2023年结束，中国辽宁沈阳
Operation Flow: 操作流程如下，将清洁任务指令输入产品系统，机器人将自动开始工作，扫描工厂布局，生成全景图，并根据任务指令指定最优清洁方案，从而实现复杂清洁任务的高效全自动化处理。在清洁过程中，会遇到障碍物，工作人员会自动避开，以确保安全。
