장장청(Zhang Jiang Cheng)은 상하이의 번화한 지역에 자리한 고급 레스토랑 인테리어이다. 이 레스토랑은 하카(客家) 퓨전 요리를 선보이며, '퓨전'이라는 개념이 디자인 전반을 이끈다. 중국 도자기를 현대적인 기법으로 재해석하여 미니멀한 현대적 공간 속에 예술 설치물로 배치하였다. 대부분의 식기는 징더전에서 주문 제작되어 섭씨 1300도로 소성되었다. 각각의 프라이빗 다이닝룸은 저마다 고유한 디자인 성격을 지닌다. 동양적 미학을 담아낸 고요하고 우아한 공간을 제안하는 것이 이 디자인의 의도이다.

Unique Properties: Zhangjiangcheng Restaurant is a light luxury upscale catering brand that specializes in Hakka fusion cuisine. The concept of fusion is the positioning of the restaurant. Most of the tableware in the restaurant is customized from Jingdezhen, and Chinese ceramics are redesigned with a modern fusion technique, integrating into a minimalist modernist space to enjoy aesthetics and taste high-end ingredients. Fusion and symbiosis.
Dimensions & Packaging: There are many products in the restaurant, and designers customize them in small quantities according to the purpose of different restaurant spaces. Ceramics are fired at a high temperature of 1300 degrees in Jingdezhen. So there is no specific size limit.
