Gambo 커피 캐니스터 소개

Gambo는 커피 원두 보관을 위해 설계된 밀폐형 캐니스터이다. 이 캐니스터는 이중 구조와 함께 버클 및 실리콘 링을 활용한 이중 밀폐 설계를 적용하여 열 전달을 최소화하고 산소의 유입을 차단한다. 일방향 배기 밸브는 로스팅 과정에서 발생하는 이산화탄소를 배출한다. 습도계가 보관 습도를 실시간으로 표시해 필요할 때 캐니스터를 옮길 수 있다. 상단의 날짜 기록 다이얼과 금속 메모 보드를 통해 보관 정보를 기록할 수 있다. 외피는 ABS 소재이며 내부 라이너는 스테인리스 스틸로 제작되었다.

프로젝트 기간: The project was designed on May 2, 2023, and was sold online on April 28, 2024.
운영 흐름: The product is equipped with a humidity monitoring meter to detect the storage environmental humidity in real time. It lets users promptly adjust the placement of the canister, ensuring the bean under the best storage conditions. Users can utilize the date recording disc on the top of the canister to note the date. With the metal bulletin board, users can document the information on the coffee beans stored, facilitating a visual assessment of the coffee bean freshness at a later stage.
