스코샤뱅크(Scotiabank)는 멕시코시티에 위치한 12,000제곱미터 규모 오피스의 기업 인테리어 디자인이다. 평면 계획은 개방형 공간을 활용해 차분하고 정돈된 업무 분위기를 조성한다. 대리석, 유리, 목재, 카펫, 가구가 조화를 이루며 각기 다른 영역을 규정한다. 따뜻한 색조가 전체를 지배하는 가운데, 벽면과 기둥, 카펫에 적용된 밝은 색조가 기업 아이덴티티를 강화한다. 자연광과 녹지는 임직원의 웰빙을 뒷받침한다. 팀워크 공간은 협업과 상호 교류를 촉진한다. 또한 이 디자인은 낮은 에너지 소비와 표준화된 자재 사용을 포함한 지속가능성 기준을 따르고 있다.

생산 기술: The design of these offices takes into account the theme of sustainable operation, which includes low energy consumption, light levels below standard, and the standardization of materials. The finishes play an integral part in the project, combining elements in a way that complements each other. We incorporate marble, carpets, glass, wood, and furniture to highlight the transformation of different spaces. Overall, warm colors dominate the project, but bright tones were used at key points (walls, columns, carpets) according to a color palette that unifies the image and reinforces the corporate identity.
디자인 과제: The challenge of creating a modern, functional, and pleasant environment was overcome by offering employees the warmth of a home that fosters the development of new habits, making friends, engaging in activities, collaborating in teamwork spaces, and freely navigating the area. A fresh, contemporary, and innovative image has been established, both in the configuration of carpets, ceilings, and furniture, as well as in various settings that incorporate natural light and greenery to promote health and happiness, leading to personal satisfaction.
연구: The success of this project is based on understanding the organization's needs in order to transform the space into a competitive tool, creating an environment of elegance and modernity, with light shades resulting from the multidisciplinary integration and various factors.
