고유 특성: The V House is a groundbreaking future Leed Gold-certified, net-zero energy luxury residence that blends sustainability with modern design. It features advanced smart technologies, energy-efficient systems, and biophilic design elements that reduce environmental impact without compromising comfort. Integrating photovoltaic panels, smart home automation, and sustainable materials sets new standards for luxury real estate, offering a seamless connection between nature, technology, and elegance.
치수 및 패키징: Spanning 425 sqm over four levels, the residence uses energy efficient insulation, triple glazed windows, and smart systems like knx automation to control climate and energy usage. The rooftop pool features an eco friendly heat pump, ensuring sustainability and luxury.

프로젝트 기간: Τhis sustainable and smart project will be completed in May 2025. It is set to become one of Greece’s first Leed Gold-certified residence. It promotes urban cooling, biodiversity, and enhanced green space, combining cutting-edge design with environmental stewardship.
