About Oberhauser's Ballon 실외 조명등

오버하우저의 발롱(Ballon)은 지름 30cm, 70cm, 100cm의 세 가지 크기로 제작되는 실외 조명등이다. 이 조명은 선택적 페이스트 주입(Selective Paste Intrusion)이라고도 불리는 분말 베드 콘크리트 3D 프린팅 기법을 활용해 시멘트로 제작되었다. 이 공정에서는 시멘트 페이스트를 분말 베드에 주입하여 형태를 한 층씩 쌓아 올린다. 거푸집이 필요하지 않기 때문에 복잡하고 정교한 기하학적 형상을 구현할 수 있다. 소재는 내후성이 매우 뛰어나 실외 사용에 적합하며, 효율적인 재료 사용으로 생산 과정에서 발생하는 폐기물을 최소화한다.
