하이먼 반커 제이다이트(Haimen Vanke Jadeite)는 중국 장쑤성 하이먼에 위치한 분양 홍보관이다. 실내 면적은 2,000제곱미터에 달하며, 건물이 지닌 대공간 구조와 높은 층고의 특성을 적극 활용했다. 평면 구성은 전통 중정(中庭) 배치를 따르며, 바다 관문이라는 지역의 역사를 참조한다. 대리석 테이블과 편안한 좌석은 여유로운 라운지 공간을 형성하고, 푸른 색조는 이 지역의 어업 생활을 떠올리게 한다. 두 개의 목재 매스는 VIP룸과 어린이 공간을 담아내며, 프라이버시를 위해 바닥에서 천장까지 이어지는 유리로 둘러싸였다. 대형 계단이 공간을 가로지르며 위쪽으로 이어진다.

고유 특성: The large-span, high-scale spatial characteristics of the building, combined with the history of the Millennium Sea Gate and the prestige of the Jadeite, are the key elements of our design considerations. Therefore, we finally decided to create a multi-dimensional blend of ancient and modern, fashionable and luxurious for the urban newcomers here. Meeting place.
치수 및 패키징: The project covers a total of 2000 square meters. Two wooden blocks in the VIP room and the children's area are extended on both sides of the central axis, and can only be seen through the floor-to-ceiling glass partition on one side. It has independent privacy and internal and external connectivity, which maintains the beauty of the external order and magnifies the visual scale of the interior space.

연구: Haimen City, Jiangsu Province, which is known as the "Jianghai Gateway", is located at the mouth of the Yangtze River and faces Shanghai across the river.
