난징 하이테크존 산업단지는 장쑤성 난징에 위치한 과학·산업 단지를 위한 도시계획 프로젝트입니다. 본 계획은 개발 전략 연구, 산업 배치, 총괄 계획, 상세 계획 및 통제 계획을 포괄합니다. 지방 및 성(省) 차원의 계획 법규가 배치 구상을 이끌었으며, 이는 복잡한 토지 조건에도 대응하고 있습니다. 설계는 단지를 주변 경관과 연결하여 대상지와 그 주변 환경이 하나의 통합된 전체를 이루도록 합니다. 이를 통해 단지에 입주한 기업과 임직원을 위한 기능적이고 편리한 업무 환경을 구현하고자 합니다.

디자인 과제: The challenge of this project is that there are heavy regulation on urban planning in Nanjing and the conditions of the land is just too complicated. We have to fight through a pile of regulation documents to work out a plan that is viable.
연구: We done the land research, project research and traffic research. We used the data from official sources and collected our own data by field investigation to support our planning.
영감: The overall design of the industrial park is considered in terms of functionality and convenience. There are many planning limitations according to city regulation.The design integrates the surrounding landscape and the industrial park, making the industrial park and the surroundings an whole and creating a good working environment for the enterprises and employees in the industrial park.
프로젝트 기간: The project took one year to finish.
It is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu.
운영 흐름: We won the public bidding of this project and get entrusted for this project. Then we studied the Nanjing city urban planning regulation and Jiangsu provincial urban planning regulation. We combined the client's requirements and the local conditions to make the plan. After several rounds of discussion, the project got approved.
