One is that anyone who doesn't have the right to run a counseling center, and the other is that the public has a negative perception of counseling. Although many people complain of psychological pain, policy is still incomplete and awareness is low. They wanted to introduce people to qualified psych consultancy centers to help customers receive professional counseling services in a more secure environment.

- Seotun-saram is a service that connects a counselee with a professional counselor. In Korea, there is no right regulation on psychological counseling, so bad people can open counseling centers with certifications which are easy to obtain. With these problems persisted, people suffered from them, and perception of counseling became bad. They wanted people to get good counseling service through this and hoped their life to be warmer.

- They wanted to enable clients to get skilled counseling in a safer setting.They tried to convey warmth and give the right direction for counseling. There are two characters in Seotunsaram. 'Seotun' is a counsellee who lost and wandering. 'Gobukki' is a slow but reliable counselor who accompanies him to the end. In addition, the warm paper texture, lyrical navy blue of the night sky, and hand-drawn icons make up our service. This is simple, but valuable work.
