About Nus Karesateya Niştecihbûnê

Nus xaniyekî niştecihbûnê ye ku li Girava Girît, Yewnanistanê cih girtiye. Volumeke sereke bi şêwazê U-yê bi xaniyekî mêvanan yê binerdê re hatiye lihevkirin. Her du volume xwe li ber tîroka rojê ya başûrê-rojhilat vedikin û li gorî guherîna zaviyeya rojê di navbera demsalan de bersivê didin. Du valahiyên tîrokî hene, yek bi sêwirana taybet a sîwanê û ya din bi perdeyên zivirî û dîwarekî girseyî, ku germkirin û sarkirina xwezayî pêk tînin. Banekî kesk, rûberên avê, kanaleke hewadanê û vekirinên banî yên kontrolkirî rehetiya germî baştir dikin. Panelên fotovoltayîk, germkerên avê yên rojê û pergaleke geotermal şopa enerjiyê kêm dikin.

Xelatgirên Tuncînê karên bi têra xwe jêhatî û bi awayekî balkêş afirîner in, yên ku ezmûna fireh, xeyal û çareserkirina sêwiranerên xwe piştrast dikin. Tê hêvîkirin ku Nus Karesateya Niştecihbûnê tiştekî pir hatiye rêzgirtin, sitayişkirin û delal be, bi awayekî berbiçav pîşekar û nûjen. Ev sêwirana bi Tuncînê serketî pratîkên çêtirîn ên huner, zanist, sêwiran û teknolojiyê digire nav xwe û ji bo baldariya li hûrgiliyan hêja ye. Unique Properties: The main criteria for the architectural decisions made, were the need for low energy footprint building designs, as well as the views towards pure Cretan nature. Τhe main U shaped residence along with the underground guest house volume, maximize the southeast exposure of the building, while they are taking advantage of the different angle of the sun rays during the seasonal cycles.

Production Technology: For natural heating and cooling, we created two solar spaces, one with fixed shading, one with rotating blinds and a mass wall. Water surfaces on the south walls, the green roof, the hiding of the western light, the vertical ventilation shaft with small openings towards the North and the controlled shading roof openings, lead to thermal comfort conditions. Photovoltaic panels, solar water heaters and the vertical geothermal system, contribute to minimize the building’s ecological footprint.
Inspiration: We believe in the integration of buildings into nature. Humble design tones present with more challenging architectural solutions, that take into account the sustainability and the ecological footprint of our built environment. Furthermore, the Cretan nature and landscape only needs a good frame to be appreciated or no frame at all. And this is what we did here. Minimum sq.meters, natural materials and welcoming volume decisions.
