Nivîsa Pirtûkê: RareMe aplîkasyonek mobîl e ku ji bo kesên bi nexweşiyên kêm-hatî dîtin re hatiye çêkirin. RareMe nexweş û malbatên wan bi nexweşxane, dezgehên bijîşkî, dermanxane, bijîşk û pêşxistvanên derman ve girê dide. Bikarhêner di dema tomarkirinê de rolek wekî nexweş, endamek malbatê an peydakerê tenduristiyê hildibijêrin. Nexweş dikarin li ser dermankirina xwe rojnivîsan binivîsin, li seranserê cîhanê li derman û dermankirinan bigerin, û bi saya algorîtmayeke pêşniyarkirinê bikarhênerên din ên bi rewşên hevşibin re bibînin. Xelatgirên Tuncînê karên bi têra xwe jêhatî û bi awayekî balkêş afirîner in, yên ku ezmûna fireh, xeyal û çareserkirina sêwiranerên xwe piştrast dikin. Tê hêvîkirin ku RareMe Fonksiyona Serekî: Aplîkasyona Mobîl tiştekî pir hatiye rêzgirtin, sitayişkirin û delal be, bi awayekî berbiçav pîşekar û nûjen. Ev sêwirana bi Tuncînê serketî pratîkên çêtirîn ên huner, zanist, sêwiran û teknolojiyê digire nav xwe û ji bo baldariya li hûrgiliyan hêja ye. - Rare diseases are currently affecting about 300 million patients worldwide. Due to their rare conditions, they cannot get the same degree of treatment and assistance as normal patients, especially in some developing countries. RareMe helps rare diseases patients with their recovery and therapy. By connecting with global medical research, institutions, hospitals, doctors, and drug developers, they can receive equal attention and care.

- RareMe is an APP,which connects patients and their families with health-care providers, such as hospitals, medical institutions, pharmacies, doctors, drug developers, pharmaceuticals companies, etc. It also links rare disease patients with similar conditions with medical workers through intelligent recommendation algorithm, so as to make them feel not alone.

- Rare diseases are currently affecting 3.5% - 5.9% of the worldwide population. There are more than 7,000 rare diseases known in the world, however, only less than 10% of the diseases have approved treatment drugs or programs.
Based on this huge social problem, we have conducted extensive interviews with medical professors of Harvard University and Medical Laboratory of Zhejiang University, and are eager to connect rare disease patients around the world in a simple and portable way. We have connected many medical workers and patients via the development of RareMe. In order to improve this current condition, we will add in more and more health-care providers in the future. - ئیلهام

- This project started in September 2019 in Hangzhou, China, and it is still under developing.
- ڕێڕەوی کارکردن
- At the beginning of registration, user will choose their own role as patients/family members or health-care providers, then enter the home page. Patients can write disease fighting diaries, seek for other users who have similar syndromes and fight together. They can also seek drugs and treatments around the world. As for health-care providers, they can contact patients quickly via RareMe and offer help.
