پۆلیگۆن (Polygon) گیرێکی پۆرە کە بۆ ڕازاندنەوەی پۆر لە ڕۆژانەدا داڕێژراوە. شێوە و جێگیرکردنی پرچە (prongs) لە جیاوازە لەگەڵ گیرە پۆرە ئاساییەکان، بۆیە دەتوانرێت پۆرێکی زیاتر بگیرێت. شێوە و جێگیرکردنی پرچەکان بە پەتەنت لە ویلایەتە یەکگرتووەکانی ئەمریکا و ژاپۆن پارێزراون. ئەم کۆمەڵەیە لە ئەلومینیۆم دروستکراوە، کە کێشی کەمتر دەکاتەوە بەراورد لەگەڵ گیرە کانزاییە پێشووەکان. لەشی سووکتر ماوەیەکی درێژتر لە شوێنی خۆیدا دەمێنێتەوە و ئازارێک کە لەلایەن گیرە قورسەکانەوە دروست دەبێت کەم دەکاتەوە. شێوەکە بە بەکارهێنانی دیزاینی یارمەتیدراو بە کۆمپیوتەر (CAD) گەشەی پێدراوە، پاشان بە قاڵبی ڕەبەر و ڕژاندن دروستکراوە.

Xelatgirên Tuncînê karên bi têra xwe jêhatî û bi awayekî balkêş afirîner in, yên ku ezmûna fireh, xeyal û çareserkirina sêwiranerên xwe piştrast dikin. Tê hêvîkirin ku Polygon Girê Porî tiştekî pir hatiye rêzgirtin, sitayişkirin û delal be, bi awayekî berbiçav pîşekar û nûjen. Ev sêwirana bi Tuncînê serketî pratîkên çêtirîn ên huner, zanist, sêwiran û teknolojiyê digire nav xwe û ji bo baldariya li hûrgiliyan hêja ye. باوەڕپێکراوەکان، ئەندامانی تیم و وردەکاری تەکنیکی کە لەلایەن دیزاینەرەوە پێشکەش کراون.

تایبەتمەندییە تایبەتەکان: Polygon hair claw is not the same hair claw as you see usual. Its unique shape of prong and placement enable to catch the hair more than normal hair claw. They got patent for this unique prong shape and placement in U.S and Japan.
This time they made its collection with aluminium which reduce the weight much more than previous metal claw. Therefore it holds and stay longer also ease the pain from the weight claw has. Polygon hair claw is the first hair claw ever made with aluminium.

تەکنەلۆژیای بەرهەمهێنان: It is designed with CAD. Then make rubber mold then casting.
هەڵەنگاندنی دیزاین: Placement of prongs since it is new challenging of reallocate the place of prongs, it takes several years to find the perfect position and degree of prongs.
توێژینەوە: They studied popular styles and reviews from our past sales data and found out specific character among them , then they figured out what they need to have and don't for function. After that they made prototype using 3D CAD and made samples with 3D printer. Once they confirm how it works, made prototype with casting metal. After prototype is ready send them all to hair stylist and check if it holds well or not.
ئیلهام: Matsuura co ., ltd has been making hair accessories for more than 140 years and it is important mission for them to develop something totally new.
Recently most of hair accessories are already developed enough and we haven't seen unique and functional new products for long time. It was important mission for them to create something new and functional products for this industry to keep progress. Polygon hair claw has a concept of "Back to the simple and functional" . Based on this concept they made this unique products.
ماوەی پڕۆژە: The project started in June 2018 in Japan
ڕێڕەوی کارکردن: First they studied which function and design can be popular hair claw from their past sales data. then they figured out what is the best shape and function to catch the hair most. Then they develop this idea to the 3D CAD data. Then they casting several times and try using its prototype for 3years.
