دەربارەی Karloca Otêl

Karloca otêlek e ku wekî navendek konferans û tenduristiyê ji bo rêwiyên karsazî û malbatan hatiye sêwirandin. Avahî xwedan heft qat û rûbereke net a 15,000 metre çargoşe ye, ku lobî, barek, herêmeke tenduristiyê, herêmeke saunayê û jûrên mêvanan tê de vedihewîne. Fonksiyonên civakî yek valahiyeke fireh a vekirî parve dikin, ku li wir guhertinên nazik ên materyalan sînorê her herêmê nîşan didin. Girseyeke peykersaz a di lobîyê de wekî qehwexaneyek Tirkî xizmet dike û bîranîna dîroka herêmî tîne bîra mirov. Materyalên xwecihî yên xam rûpoşê derve pêk tînin, û rûberên mezin ên camî hundir geş û ronî dihêlin.

Xelatgirên Tuncînê karên bi têra xwe jêhatî û bi awayekî balkêş afirîner in, yên ku ezmûna fireh, xeyal û çareserkirina sêwiranerên xwe piştrast dikin. Tê hêvîkirin ku Karloca Otêl tiştekî pir hatiye rêzgirtin, sitayişkirin û delal be, bi awayekî berbiçav pîşekar û nûjen. تایبەتمەندییە تایبەتەکان: The main goal was to create a conference and wellness centre suitable for businessmen and families. Community functions are accommodated in a large space with an organic flow in which the boundaries of each area are indicated by subtle changes of the material used. In the lobby of the hotel, a sculpture-like mass has been placed in a space. In terms of its function, the place serves as a Turkish cafe and has been created to symbolize the local historic past as embedded in a design concept.

تەکنەلۆژیای بەرهەمهێنان: BIM technology was applied in the planning process, based on British Standard Institute's ISO certification of Lima Architecture and Interior Design. Raw and native-born materials were used primarily, to fit the natural environment, this reflects on the building's external cladding as well. The reflection and ambient of the hotel is designed to fit to a close-to-nature world, with a twist of using high quality materials only, natural colours and shapes.
هەڵەنگاندنی دیزاین: It was very important to find the right, high-quality materials to further elevate the quality of the building.
توێژینەوە: During the design phase the demand was raised that the hotel's lobby should also function as a meeting point for the businessmen staying here who, occasionally, can even hold their meetings and customer receptions here as well.
ئیلهام: We wanted to use the beauty of nature and create a hotel where guests could relax in a pleasant environment. The hotel has been designed with high quality materials.
ماوەی پڕۆژە: The planning process started in 2020 in Budapest and we got the construction permit in 2021 in Serbia, Karlovci. The town of Sremski Karlovci is located in Vojvodina, Serbia.
ڕێڕەوی کارکردن: The goal was to definitively have a central core, a lobby, and that the community and private functions should appear clearly separated from each other. Thus the functional units have been combined with visual solutions. The use of huge glass surfaces has allowed the areas to become particularly bright and sunny.
