210 بلۆر بینایەکی 29 نهۆمی چەند بەکارهێنانە کە 42 یەکەی نیشتەجێبوون، 126 مەتری چوارگۆشە شوێنی بازرگانی و 3 ئاستی پارکینگی ژێرزەمینی لەخۆدەگرێت. ئەم پرۆژەیە دەبێتە هۆی رووبەری گشتی نهۆمی 15,589 مەتری چوارگۆشە لەگەڵ چڕییەکی گشتی 20 هێندەی ڕووبەری زەوییەکە. دیزاینەکە تایبەتمەندی نەخشێکی ئەندازیاری سێگۆشەی موزائیککراوی شووشەی ئاوێنەیی لەسەر ڕووخسارەکانی ڕۆژهەڵات و ڕۆژئاوا هەیە کە ڕاستەوخۆ تا هێڵی سنووری موڵکەکە دیزاین کراون. تەواوکاری ئاوێنەیی پانێڵە شەش گۆشەکان کەنڤاسێک لە ڕووناکی و شێوە ڕەنگدانەوەکان دروست دەکات.

Unique Properties: 210 Bloor is a 29-storey mixed-use building home to 42 residential units, 126m2 of retail space and 3 levels of below-grade parking. The development will result in a gross floor area of 15,589m2 with an overall density of 20 times the area of the lot. The design features a mirrored glass triangular tessellated geometric pattern on the east and west facades, which are designed right to the property line. The mirrored finish of the hexagonal panels creates a canvas of reflected light and forms.

Production Technology: Reinforced concrete structure and glass curtain wall
Inspiration: Along with the challenge of intensifying these lots is the growing demand for boutique residential condominiums. These new buildings are typically designed with one or two units per floor, assuring a high level of privacy and autonomy, similar to a house. This emerging urban typology has been taken up in North American cities, including New York and Vancouver, where the various monikers for these buildings include the super-skinny and pencil tower.
Project Duration: The project started in 2023 in Toronto, Canada and is expected to complete construction in 2030
