Research: Conducting qualitative research, our main aim was to explore user preferences and behaviors through Digital Wallet. Participants comprised a diverse range of financial institutes users, from novices to experts. Ultimately, our research informs the development of a digital exchange platform that caters to diverse user needs, fostering accessibility and trust in Digital Wallet.
