توێژینەوە: Occupational diseases caused by sedentary behaviour are a common health problem that is widely studied and discussed.The World Health Organisation (WHO) and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) state,that prolonged sedentary behaviour is associated with a wide range of health problems, including obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.Promote the reduction of sedentary time through increased activity time, simple activities, and standing offices to prevent occupational diseases caused by sedentary behaviour.
ئیلهام: In the workplace, sedentary behaviour has become the norm, bringing about a series of occupational diseases as a result of maintaining the same posture for long periods of time.How to avoid being sedentary became the subject of our research.
