Xaniyê Valahiya Henasedar (House of the Breathing Void) xaniyekî niştecihbûnê ye ku li dora atriyûmeke navendî hatiye rêkxistin. Atriyûm wek valahiyeke vekirî kar dike ku hewa û ronahî tê de bi azadî digerin û navika jîngehî ya malê pêk tîne. Herwiha atriyûm diyalogeke berdewam di navbera cihên hundirîn û derveyî de diafirîne. Xanî li gorî prensîbên biyoklîmatîk hatiye sêwirandin, bi arasteyeke zelal a ber bi başûr ve ku tîrêjên rojê digire, germkirina pasîf piştgirî dike û bayekêşiya xwezayî han dide. Heman arasteyî şêweyeke xwehr daye avahiyê, bersivek ku hem mekanî û hem jî klîmatîk e.

Unique Properties: The “House of the Breathing Void” is conceived as a sanctuary of openness, a dwelling that breathes, listens, and connects. Anchored between earth and sky, the house establishes a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, shaped by climate, light, and Mediterranean lifestyle. At its center lies an atrium, the open heart of the home, where air, light, and life circulate freely, forming both the emotional and environmental core.
Inspiration: The Atrium was the concept inspiration of the project. The house was conceived through bioclimatic principles, its geometry shaped by a clear southern orientation that captures sunlight, enhances passive heating, and invites natural ventilation. From this dual idea, the atrium and the orientation toward the sun, a diagonal gesture arose in the building’s form, a spatial and climatic response that defines its identity. Here, light becomes both material and structure, carving paths through the interior.
