دەربارەی Rising 1 Xanî

Rising 1 xaniyekî darîn ê du-nihomî ye ku li Tottori ya Japonyayê hatiye avakirin. Rûyê derve bi kaşiyên yek-reng hatiye yekgirtin, ku hebûneke sade û aram dide avahiyê. Pencereyên hindik ber bi derve ne, ji ber vê yekê astek bilind a nepenîtiyê tê parastin. Ode li dora hewşeke navendî bi awayekî zincîrî û berdewam hatine rêzkirin. Ji beşa jiyanê, xwarinê û metbexê, hemû ode li ser hewşê tên dîtin. Cihekî bi bilindahiya du-nihom û pencereyên bilind ronahiya rojê ya nerm dixin hundir. Rûberê erdê 305 metre çargoşe ye û rûberê avahiyê 145 metre çargoşe ye.

The consistent material texture brings tranquility to the building and allows it to blend gently with its surroundings.
With very few windows, the design ensures a high level of privacy, while the courtyard provides a rich and reassuring space.
Simple in form, the house achieves a strong presence through its materials and proportions.

تەکنەلۆژیای بەرهەمهێنان: Two-story wooden building
هەڵەنگاندنی دیزاین: In Japan, where rainfall is frequent drainage systems are typically required however to avoid compromising the architectural design, this project incorporates a carefully considered roof form that disperses rainwater. This approach ensures functional performance while preserving the visual integrity of the building.
توێژینەوە: This residence employs a restrained lighting strategy in which ceiling fixtures are minimized except in areas requiring higher levels of illumination such as the kitchen with indirect and accent lighting used to establish a calm and restful atmosphere. By lowering the ceiling heights of the private rooms a clear distinction is established from the double-height living space enabling a diversity of spatial scales to be experienced within a single dwelling.
ئیلهام: To ensure privacy the house is designed in a courtyard layout forming a continuous loop around the central garden.
From the living dining and kitchen area all rooms can be seen across the courtyard through the windows
allowing the presence of family members to be felt at all times.
Organized around the courtyard the spaces are gently connected creating a home that respects a sense of closeness
while allowing each person to spend time comfortably.

ڕێڕەوی کارکردن: The LDK limits the number of windows facing the exterior, and a tall double-height space is introduced to secure natural light. Windows are positioned at a higher level to bring soft daylight into the interior while maintaining privacy creating a bright and open living environment.
