About House LW27 Xanûyê Taybet
Xanûyê LW27 xanûyekî taybetî niştecihiyê ye ku li ser parçe erdekî nisbeten biçûk li herêmeke niştecihiyê hatiye avakirin. Qebareya spî bi hêmanên kevirê xwezayî yê zibr re dijberiyê çêdike. Dîwarên bi gêç spîkirî, erdên darê berrû û kevirê xwezayî ji bo erd, serşok, kulek û dîwaran hundir teşe didin. Li asta erdê planeke vekirî ji rojhilat ber bi rojava ve li kêleka hewzê bi azadî diherike. Pencereyên xijok ên ji erdê heta banî hundir û derve tevahiya salê bi hev ve girê didin. Qata jorîn odeyên razanê digel serşokên taybet dihewîne. Terasa banî ya çandî qada erdê ya girtî vedigerîne xwezayê.

- Inspiration
- In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop. - Project Duration
- The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
- Operation Flow
- The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents. - Image Credits
