Production Technology

The shells are made of medical silicone and advanced ABS, which are very environmentally friendly. The manufacturing process of plastic parts is injection molding, which includes advanced double colors injection molding . It's very convenient to assemble with snap-fit and metal screw. Electronic components are international standard , which are easily available on the Internet. Therefore, the costs of raw materials and manufacturing can be controlled, and the products can be standardized.

Research

This is a product specially designed for women. The project started in August 2020 and was completed in February 2021,in Beijing,China.
