About PowerTronex H1 Statio Coniunctionis

PowerTronex H1 est statio coniunctionis USB-C pro computatris gestabilibus et telephonis mobilibus destinata. Instrumentum usque ad octo interfacies praebet, inter quas tres portus USB-C, duo portus USB 3.0, et unus portus HDMI numerantur. Transmissio videi 4K et celeris onustatio PD sustinentur. Tegumentum unius partis ex lega aluminii factum anodizatum est ad resistentiam contra scalpturas et corrosionem praestandam necnon ad calorem dissipandum. Linea lucis gradatim mutans indicat stationem operantem esse. Filum in canaliculo reconditur et ad usum extrahi potest, ita ut opus portabile et compactum maneat. Magnitudo est 152 per 41 per 13 mm.

Unique Properties: PowerTRONEX H1 provides up to 8 interfaces. It supports 4K video transmission and PD fast charging protocol. Through it, users can easily read, transfer data on computers or mobile phones (with Type-C interface). The aluminum alloy shell brings excellent scratch and corrosion resistance and great heat dissipation performance.

The indicator light adopts the gradual changing light strip of family brand style, which is harmonious and aesthetic. Its cable is stored in the groove，and slides out to use, which makes the product portable, concise and integrated .

Production Technology: With 3 type-c,2 USB 3.0 and a HDMI interface, it supports 4K video transmission and PD fast charging protocol. The shell of the product is made of one-piece aluminum alloy.The anodizing process of surface not only brings exquisite and outstanding texture, but also has scratch resistance and corrosion resistance.It can effectively conduct heat and reduce the body's scalding.Excellent mold and structure design ensure the perfect combination of aluminum alloy and plastic materials and smooth chamfering and surface design engage the users to hold product tightly and comfortably.
Design Challenge: It’s hard to integrate the whole system. The product is in an appropriate size of a normal hub but we fuse 8 high-performance interfaces in it. It’s a hard for the designers and engineers to work together to seek a solution that contains all the components in such shape and size.
Inspiration: In recent years, mobile phones are becoming more smart while the laptop on the market have been in the trend of extreme thinness, also has brought super portable experience to users. More and more users do not like the single interface, because it is not convenient to satisfy the basic data and image transmission needs. For these problems，designers have integrated the functions of the product,so that it has powerful performance driven,smooth and comfortable product appearance，lightweight and recyclable materials.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2019 and finished in December 2020 in Shanghai.
Operation Flow: Users slide out the cable and connect it with laptops or smart phones （with Type-C interface), the gradual changing light lights up as the device works. Then they insert USB flash disk,hard disk or TF/SD card etc. and can easily read, transfer data and video on the laptop or smart phone.
