About Inter Realm Munus Domesticae Interioris Dispositionis

Inter Realm est domesticae interioris dispositionis opus quod res, homines, et spatium coniungit. Dispositio circa spatium album ordinatur, quod naturale fundamentum efficit et aream visu ampliat. Plures parietes interiores oras titanio inductas habent, quae proportiones lineares illustrant. Armarium speculare nigrum, a pariete ad parietem extensum, ab atrio ad cenaculum currit et campum visus dilatat. Armarium parieti suspensum post subsellium sensum angustiae a tecto humili minuit. Atrium collationem embematum tenet, ex pictura Puella cum Inaure Margaritifera ducta.

Unique Properties: There are three relationships amid this large space: the atmosphere between the environment and the medium, the perception that the medium brings to the user, and the interaction between the user and the environment. These relationships are generated indoors, and their connection to one another promotes dialogue among people, objects, and the environment.
Dimensions & Packaging: From the foyer to the living room, a wall-to-wall black mirror cabinet reflects the public domain and broadens one's field of vision. At the rear of the living room, the specially-designed floating wall cabinet cleverly creates picturesque disorder with the ceiling, wall, and low cabinet behind the sofa. The connection of these objects not only alleviates the constricted feeling caused by the low ceiling, but also renders both hard and soft furnishings in the space not as separate individuals, but related entities with a narrative relationship.

Production Technology: Several interior walls are designed with titanium-plated edges to create a dialogue among materials and highlight the linear proportions, while the bedroom in the private area focuses on storage functions. Thus, the cabinet surface is mostly equipped with vertical doors and horizontal laminates to provide an appealing horizontal and vertical linear contrast.

Research: The project is named Inter-Realm and it depicts how the medium and the environment complement each other to form a sense of existence. The environment is the whole volume of space containing various media that enriches spatial relationships.
Inspiration: Examining the project as a whole, "Inter-Realm" is utilized as the core design concept, with the white space as the axis connecting objects to space, and the delicate balance that the hidden white space is molded into illuminates the spotlight on the interrelated relationship between spaces and objects.

Operation Flow: With attention to optimize function, the environment conveys the best relationship to the user. The designer has intentionally created white spaces to form a natural background and to enlarge the layout of the area. The space is full of sequences and lines directing one's attention to the foyer, which is a focal point with a mosaic collage that imitates Vermeer's famous painting, "Girl with a Pearl Earring."
