Proprietates Singulares: This is an old house built in the 1960s. Its construction area is only 80 square meters. The roof of the old house has collapsed. The mottled walls, waste and plants are scattered throughout the house, and the old house has become a ruin. The focus of the project is to restore the soul of the old house and turn the old house, which has become ruin, into a viable place.

Investigatio: The use of the courtyard to achieve lighting and ventilation needs, the addition of large-faced glass windows on the side of the house, so that the interior is filled with natural light and more rich in lighting aesthetics.
