About Dothink Daja Elegant Mansion Innenarchitektur vum Verkafszentrum
Elegant Mansion ass e Verkafszentrum fir eng Wunnimmobilienentwécklung zu Hangzhou a China. Den Interieur déngt och als Club fir d'Bewunner. De Verhandlungsberäich ass grousszügeg a mat hellem Liicht duerchflutt. An der Lifthal ass d'Plafong mat gewellte Edelstahlblieder ausgestatt, déi un dat flossend Waasser vum Grand Canal erënneren. Den Ënnerschreiwungsraum fir d'Verträg krut elegant a fein Detailer. Wandpanneelen mat Holzmaserung halen de Raum roueg a feierlech, während e schichte Tuschefaarwe-Stoff de Raum ofrënnt. D'Projet erstreckt sech iwwer 1081 Quadratmeter.

- Unique Properties
- People who grew up along the canal aspire to relive the old days.
Hangzhou is a place that boasts both dignity as well as a living atmosphere. ELEGANT MANSION is a local residential property development, which features three kinds of low-density architectural forms including Oriental private house, innovative stacked villa and high-rise building. The project is the sales center of the property development, which also serves as a club for the occupants. - Dimensions & Packaging
- The area of the project is 1081 square meter.

- Production Technology
- Main materials: stainless steel, sintered stone, marble, resin board, wood veneer, fabric covering
- Design Challenge
- As the diversity of products will attract potential property buyers of different ages, the challenge lies in ensuring the purity of space while satisfying aesthetic needs of those visitors who enter the space. After many times of adjustment, the whole design plan draws on a life experience hall and an underground supporting gym to directly embody the project quality for the client and achieve a life quality in a specific way.
- Research
- Showing respect for natural resources, echoing architectural forms and living styles along the canal, and incorporating the local culture context of several thousand years, it welcomes urbanites to enjoy an Oriental-style serene life.
- Inspiration
- The negotiation area is spacious, filled with bright light.. In the elevator hall, the ceiling uses rippled stainless steel sheet as well, which resembles the flowing Grand Canal.
The VIP room, i.e. contract signing room, is endowed with elegant and delicate adornments. Wood-grain wall panels keep the room serene and solemn, while the ink-wash fabric with a sense of layering adds the finishing touch to the space, and also inherits the spirit of the Grand Canal. - Project Duration
- The project started in June 2019 and finished in December 2019 in Zhejiang, China
- Operation Flow
- As dim lights once scattered along flagstone roads are replaced by dazzling lights of numerous homes nowadays, the dwelling culture related to the Grand Canal has been updated as well over the years. However, the locals' affection for the canal hasn't been changed at all.
