About Van Gogh's Rosebush Colier
Van Gogh säi Rousestack ass en handgemaachte Colier, inspiréiert vum Bild "Rosebush in Blossom" vum Vincent van Gogh. De Colier ass aus 18 Karat Gold an aus Séisswaasser-Biwa-Knäppchen-Pärelen gemaach. D'Pärele erënneren un déi ronn Forme an déi verschidde Gréissten vun de Rousen um Bild. D'Gold formt Äscht, déi eng Pärel mat der anerer verbannen. D'Spëtzt vum Colier ass ofhuelbar, sou datt d'Stéck der Stëmmung an dem Ausschnitt vum Dag ugepasst ka ginn. Déi liicht gebogen Form hëlleft, datt de Colier sech de Kierper upasst. D'Design bitt eng modern Notzung vu Pärelen.

- Unique Properties
- Handmade necklace made with the best raw material. gold 18k and pearls.. Designing a necklace inspired by Van Gogh’s “Rosebush in Blossom” required a different approach. Pearls were a natural choice to represent the rounded shapes and different sizes of the roses on Van Gogh’s canvas. Van Gogh’s branches became gold as they connect pearl to pearl in a complex web of beauty. The necklace’s tip is detachable, allowing the user to match the mood and neckline of the day. This necklace was made for the red carpet.

Gold 18K and freshwater biwa button pearls. - Design Challenge
- The proposal of the necklace defies the conservative standards given to pearls. The idea here is to let go of the classic archetype of pearls and surrender to the spirit of modernity. Gold connects the dots as it recreates Van Gogh’s painting. The necklace's slightly curved shape gives way to the perfect fit; its tip is detachable allowing for *versatility* depending on mood, neckline and cleavage. Rosebush *undoubtedly* has what it takes to turn dullness into glamour.
- Research
- After extensive research on Van Gogh's paintings (there are almost 2000 works), the painting was chosen that would be the inspiration for the design. Then research was carried out on the painted tree (understanding of what the painter saw to be inspired). Realized the ideal design of the piece and choice of the ideal materials for execution.
