About Guanlan Yipin Verkafszentrum
Guanlan Yipin ass e Verkafszentrum an der Stad Suzhou a China. D'Design kombinéiert en orientaleschen Charakter mat engem minimalisteschen Usaz an follegt der Iddi vun engem Gaarderondgang, deen d'Besucher duerch de Raum féiert. Marber, Metall, Sandsteen an Holz ginn den Toun vum Interieur un. Dai Cyan, eng traditionell chinesesch Faarf, erschéngt als Marber op enger Mauer, déi sechs Meter breet an zéng Meter héich ass. Géintiwwer der Marbermauer stinn aacht Panneauen aus lamelléierten superwäissen Härdglas, all 0,8 Meter breet an zéng Meter héich, nieft der Landschaftstrap. Grouss Fënstere bréngen natierlecht Liicht a Gréngs an den Interieur.

- Unique Properties
- Suzhou is a warm and beautiful city in the south of the Yangtze River. In the process of project creation, the designer grasps the profound understanding of "Minimalist Oriental", and the design vocabulary of deconstructionism making the order, level, form and temperament interweave in multiple ways. The architectural expression language not only has the shape, color and meaning of the east, but also has the spiritual characteristics of modern minimalism.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- In the project, beside the landscape stairs, one side of the elevation is made of Dai Cyan marble with 6 meters wide and 10 meters high, highlighting the grace. On the other side, it is composed of 8 pieces of laminated super-white tempered glass, each of these is 0.8 meters wide and 10 meters high, which is full of visual shock. Material and light contrast each other to form a unique scene, also the deconstruction and reorganization of traditional aesthetics.

As one of the traditional Chinese colors, Dai Cyan is often used in the costumes of Kunqu Opera, appearing in the space in the form of marble skillfully. The sequential connection part of it, is a series of dense and orderly partition walls . Meanwhile, the process and details are very elegant. The landscape stair is interpreted by wood and art painting together.

In the process of project creation, the designer grasps the profound understanding of " Minimalist Oriental", and the design vocabulary of deconstructionism making the order, level, form and temperament interweave in multiple ways.
- Inspiration
- The classical gardens and Suzhou Museum constitute the ancient and modern correspondence between the oriental spirit and minimalism in this city. And also becoming the spiritual background of the sales center for designers. The spatial rhythm of Suzhou architecture and its unique garden experience are the responses of the design to the city. The logic clue of "Garden Tour" runs through, relying on the Oriental context, and giving consideration to both practical function and spiritual care.
- Project Duration
- The project started in November 2019 in Suzhou and finished in June 2020 in Suzhou.

- The details of this project show the ingenuity of the designers. For example, seeing the light but not the lighting is a key point. The lighting is controlled by the weak current. The later stage of the project can be adjusted according to the site conditions, so as to reduce the engineering repetition and ensure the best visual effect.
