Dimensiounen & Verpackung: To fully embrace the Ou River's natural landscape, the design features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, seamlessly connecting interior spaces with exterior views. A sightline-guided layout ensures the river view is visible from all areas. The project includes a smart home system for easy control of lighting, climate, and security, enhancing comfort.
