About House LW27 Privat Residenz

D'Haus LW27 ass eng privat Residenz, déi op engem relativ klengen Terrain an engem Wunnquartier gebaut gouf. De wäisse Volume kontrastéiert mat groben Naturstees-Elementer. Wäiss verputzte Maueren, Eechebueden an Natursteen fir Buedem, Buedzëmmeren, Kamäiner a Maueren prägen den Interieur. Um Rez-de-Chaussée fléisst en oppene Grondriss fräi vun Osten no Westen laanscht d'Schwämm. Schiebefënsteren, déi vum Buedem bis zur Plafong ginn, verbannen dat ganzt Joer bannen a baussen. Am ieweschte Stack sinn d'Schlofzëmmere mat eegene Buedzëmmeren. Eng beplanzten Daachterrass gëtt déi versiegelte Buedemfläch un d'Natur zréck.

Research
A sensual minimalistic atmosphere is carefully detailed with great attention to natural and artificial lighting.
Inspiration
In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration
The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow
The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
