About The Intelligent Eggshell Lamp Porzeläin-Nuetsluucht

Déi Intelligent Eeschuel-Luucht ass eng Porzeläin-Nuetsluucht, déi handgemaachtent Eeschuel-Porzeläin mat Sproochsteierung verbënnt. De Schierm gëtt duerch méi wéi véierzeg Aarbechtsschrëtt, widderholl Ausbesserung a Schnëtzaarbecht, an dräi Bränn geformt, wat eng Wandstäerkt bannent 1 mm ergëtt. Ageschnëtzte Punkten, Linnen a Flächen liichten wéi en Nuetshimmel, wann d'Luucht un ass. D'kegelfërmegt Gehäus ass gebéit, fir an der Hand ze leien a widdersteet dem Ëmkippen. D'Luucht gëtt duerch d'Stëmm un- an ausgeschalt, sou datt d'Hänn fräi bleiwen. D'Design zielt drop of, en traditionellt Vollekshandwierk erëm opliewen ze loossen.

Production Technology: The eggshell porcelain has to go through more than 40 working procedures and hundreds of times of repeated fettling and carving, burnt in three times, finally the thickness of the porcelain is within 1 mm.
Design Challenge: One of the challenges is to improve the qualified rate of good porcelain because it is too thin to keep the shape during firing. The other is how to assemble the porcelain lampshade onto the electronic components accurately.
Inspiration: We are a product design company from jingdezhen, a famous porcelain capital in China and abroad.
We found out that eggshell porcelain, in the past, was the best product for the emperor, with exquisite workmanship. However, at present, they are too traditional and old fashion to be liked by young people.
Therefore, we hope that through modern design language, these folk arts that may not conform to the functions and aesthetics of contemporary society can be revived.
