Design Erausfuerderung: Constraints are that the external glass structure gives rise to the aesthetic issue in providing electricity for lighting, supple lighting covering the spacious and non-partitioned three split levels construction and budget constraint that banned the usage of dimming system which caused the difficulties on balanced of light intensity. Also, the project is mounting the accent light inside the 60mmx55mm height steel rod, the custom made fixture to achieve the hierarchy effect perfectly for aim of high transparency purpose. In order to avoid and control the direct daylight refracted into the interior spaces , a photo-sensor has placed along the window areas to balancing the lighting intensity of lux levels of overall ambient during the daytime.
