Could you please tell us a bit about your design background and education?

I have studied Industrial Design as a major in University.

What motivates you to design in general, why did you become a designer?

Details are important to me in Design. and also I like to have my own creations & products that make a good impact on people's lives.

Did you choose to become a designer, or you were forced to become one?

I have chosen to be a Designer.

What do you design, what type of designs do you wish to design more of?

I love any aspect of Art & Design and I try to see them as a whole but also I have discovered a new passion in Service Design : developing SaaS Services, Mobile Apps & Cloud Computing

What should young designers do to become a design legend like you?

1)Discover, 2)Build 3)Measure 4) Feedback. This is a learning Loop which never ends but validates your Understanding of whether you are on the right track.

What distinguishes between a good designer and a great designer?

Great designers are visionaries but good designers are followers.

What makes a good design a really good design, how do you evaluate good design?

I say, The thought process & approach based on the medium & context of the Design. and next is the presentation.

What is the value of good design? Why should everyone invest in good design?

Good design makes habits and habits form how we live.

What would you design and who would you design for if you had the time?

I would design & implement Services to address unique needs of the Society. like Uber

What is the dream project you haven't yet had time to realize?

I always have a long list of projects I want to build, as a designer you are always like that.

What is your secret recipe of success in design, what is your secret ingredient?

Thinking Differently and presenting Differently.

Who are some other design masters and legends you get inspired from?

Now days, Elon Musk and those who work on AI.

What are your favorite designs by other designers, why do you like them?

Tesla Model S by Franz von Holzhausen. I am always fascinated by Car Designs

What is your greatest design, which aspects of that design makes you think it is great?

A project that my team is going to launch in near future. It is a Service based project which lots of User experience touches. I think that would be my greatest achievement so far.

How could people improve themselves to be better designers, what did you do?

Find your niche and practice.

If you hadn't become a designer, what would you have done?

Business Man.

How do you define design, what is design for you?

Design is a way of thinking in which changes the way we live and it can have different forms & approaches.

Who helped you to reach these heights, who was your biggest supporter?

My Students & teams, Also my Mistakes, Mentors, Environment & Family are on the top of my head.

What helped you to become a great designer?

Mistakes & Risks, Validated learning and also making more mistakes

What were the obstacles you faced before becoming a design master?

Learning to organize yourself is as important as the skills you build.

How do you think designers should present their work?

Delivering the message in less than 30 Seconds can help. and also having User in mind is the key.

What's your next design project, what should we expect from you in future?

I am working on SaaS cloud-based Services.

What's your ultimate goal as a designer?

to have an impact on human life through my designs

to present a solid product and services which can change their lives for good.

How does design help create a better society?

Design makes us better if not the best we can be.

What are you currently working on that you are especially excited about?

A Service based Uber-like Mobile app.

Which design projects gave you the most satisfaction, why?

Any Service-Design projects that I've been involved were extremely satisfying .

What would you like to see changed in design industry in the coming years?

Designers should learn to code. and we should embrace Technology.

Where do you think the design field is headed next?

AI based future

How long does it take you to finalize a design project?

12 weeks for POC/MVP and based on Success depends on the scope of the project.

I am my own competition

What is the role of technology when you design?

Technology is the way to go and i think it has already affected our industry,

What kind of design software and equipment do you use in your work?

Rhino, Photoshop, Sketch, AWS cloud services, IOS, Android, various programming languages.

What is the role of the color, materials and ambient in design?

it is like the role of Sun rays in a beautiful day.

What do you wish people to ask about your design?

Critique my work and give me Constructive feedback. so I can serve more.

Joy & happiness.

Ambitious, Extraordinary and trouble maker.

All those were not Following Common patterns. or set higher standards.

The Biography of Steve Jobs.

How did you develop your skills as a master designer?

Self Taught, Practicing.

Elon Musk & I will.

How do you feel about all the awards and recognition you had, is it hard to be famous?

Feels good. Not at all.

What is your favorite color, place, food, season, thing and brand?

Orange, on a beach, grilled Salmon fish, Summer, Tesla Model S.

Please tell us a little memoir, a funny thing you had experienced as a designer?

I once was drawing a shoe to practice perspective while I was traveling by an inner city bus, and funny enough somebody was willing to buy it from me.

What makes your day great as a designer, how do you motivate yourself?

Each sprint that I pass and feedbacks that I receive motivate me to go on.

When you were a little child, was it obvious that you would become a great designer?

I really can't say but I had a great imagination and also was drawing things and planning all the time.

What do you think about future; what do you see will happen in thousand years from now?

We are travelling deep space. but still we are designing

Please keep curious about life. we live only once.

Could you please tell us more about your art and design background? What made you become an artist/designer? Have you always wanted to be a designer?

I have studied Industrial Design as a major in University. I was Fascinated with Cars, Airplanes, Robots and Sci-fi and I want to Design Robots or Airplanes.

Can you tell us more about your company / design studio?

I work as a Consultant and co-operate with other designers or Developers on a per project basis.

What is "design" for you?

Thinking & acting Differently.

What kinds of works do you like designing most?

I am professionally working in Technology field. The web, Mobile apps and Service Design are my main focus. but I am fascinated in any form of Art & Design. regardless.

What is your most favorite design, could you please tell more about it?

What was the first thing you designed for a company?

I have developed and Interactive Multimedia Campain back in my early days.

What is your favorite material / platform / technology?

Material: Wood. Platform: Web, Technology: Service Oriented Technologies.

When do you feel the most creative?

Usually When I thinker with the Idea and iterate a number of times.

Which aspects of a design do you focus more during designing?

All Most all Details as a Whole.

What kind of emotions do you feel when you design?

I feel I'm focused and I don't care about anything else.

What kind of emotions do you feel when your designs are realized?

Accomplishment.

What makes a design successful?

In my field of Expertise, It's all about user acceptance & retention.

When judging a design as good or bad, which aspects do you consider first?

I care about Experience Design as well as Technicality as an expert.

From your point of view, what are the responsibilities of a designer for society and environment?

To create a new form of Habit by encouraging the audience to think & act differently.

How do you think the "design field" is evolving? What is the future of design?

Design in evolving every day and the Technology would be more integrated with Design even in pure arts like paintings

Where does the design inspiration for your works come from? How do you feed your creativity? What are your sources of inspirations?

Like many Designer, I do Sketch out my Ideas and takes those to actions which I think can have a potential.

How would you describe your design style? What made you explore more this style and what are the main characteristics of your style? What's your approach to design?

Minimalistic. Creative and Simple. Simplicity avoids the confusions. I like the expressive way of communication.

Where do you live? Do you feel the cultural heritage of your country affects your designs? What are the pros and cons during designing as a result of living in your country?

I live in Sydney, Australia and we have an active community of designers and developers. Culturally people welcome any ideas which make the life easier but cons are the community has a conservative approach of problem-solving.

What are your suggestions to companies for working with a designer? How can companies select a good designer?

In my opinion, you can find a good Designer based on the portfolio and similar experiences in the past according to your budget limits.

Could you please share some pearls of wisdom for young designers? What are your suggestions to young, up and coming designers?

Get involved in your professional community and attend any professional networking events which is possible and also make sure you are recognised based on your portfolio and efforts.

From your perspective, what would you say are some positives and negatives of being a designer?

Being a creator is an amazing feeling. but it will lift your standard of living which might not be easy sometimes.

What is your "golden rule" in design?

Customer/Audience acceptance and Communications

What skills are most important for a designer?

Being Visionary, Risk Taker, Communicator and Skills they build through time.

Which tools do you use during design? What is inside your toolbox? Such as software, application, hardware, books, sources of inspiration etc.?

I am mainly using a code editor, a graphical Software like Sketch or Photoshop and Invision and I study about new Products developed every day in Platforms like Beta list nd Product hunt and Angelist

Designing can sometimes be a really time consuming task, how do you manage your time?

I try my best to do plan for a longer development time if possible.

How long does it take to design an object from beginning to end?

In my Field from 1 week to 12 weeks.

As a Developer working on a Service-oriented project which now is in the market and being used by thousands

Introducing new Products and Services.

Do you work as a team, or do you develop your designs yourself?

Depends on the Project but I do both.

There are two Cloud-based Products and Mobile apps which would be introduced in 2017
