Through the floating volume, it connects the inward Central Park with the civic urban park to form a large park system. The floating building volume reflects the future value of the area by giving it a white jade image.

The third floor is the joint office space, which is set in combination with the third space to interpret the office mode of Yida new era.

- The project is an integrated design of architecture and landscape. The outdoor ceiling on the first floor adopts matte stainless steel ceiling, which reflects each other with the landscape water system below, forming a dialogue between the building and the landscape.
