- Clash of Old and New: The renovation of the old apartment is a farewell to the definition of the previous phase. The main visual color 'dark orange' and the brick-colored tiles on the exterior walls form a clash between the old and the new. The interior retains the original traces but is covered with paints and blunt-edged stainless steel within the reach of people.
Flourish: The 50-year-old site is full of nostalgic charm. To revitalize the space, incorporated a warm desert tone into the stucco paint. The removal of the outdoor awning allowed the interior to be illuminated by sunlight and placed succulents. - ຂະໜາດ ແລະ ບັນຈຸພັນ

On the first floor, there are outdoor seating, a counter, and a bar, while in the basement, there are various types of seating. To maximize the space utilization, the designer planned the irregular space into leisurely and elegant corners or placed green plants as decoration.
