- -the owner have strong preference for budda worship and paying respect to ancestors. anscestral memorial tablets have therefore been placed in the centre of the flat through an open from layout.
-outdoor scencery is harmoniously blended in with interior.
-there is a multi- purpose area for study, mediation, gym.
-all partition and platform formed as hidden storage, both utility and aesthetic balance.
-variety of natural material to present contrast and zoning.
