Sunac Yipin Yantai – tai gyvenamųjų patalpų interjero projektas keturių aukštų vilai Jantajuje, Šandongo provincijoje, Kinijoje. Namas stovi Bohajaus jūros pakrantėje, apsuptas kalnų, jūros ir žalumos. Interjeras užima 350 kvadratinių metrų plotą ir atspindi modernų tarptautinį stilių. Atviros erdvės sujungia kambarius su gamtos peizažu, o saulės šviesa, akmuo ir vanduo tampa pagrindiniais orientyrais. Individualiai sukurti meno kūriniai ir kruopščiai atrinktos medžiagos suminkština griežtą plano geometriją. Siekiama sukurti ramią ir atpalaiduojančią atostogų atmosferą, kurią formuoja menas ir kultūra.

- As a four-story residential space, it is located on China's Bohai coastline, surrounded by mountains and seas and vegetation. It shows the ultimate elegance and comfort to the greatest extent. It made a harmonious and perfect balance between the interior and the original ecology.

- 1.Refine floor plans and do layout design in a rigorous way.
2.Refine 3D models and do reasoning and verification of the space.
3.Make project on-site stakeout and consider dimension and light condition of the space
4.Order custom-made art pieces, do material selection, control details of project construction
