About Laguna 182 Gyvenamasis pastatas
„Laguna 182“ yra gyvenamasis pastatas Itajai mieste, Santa Katarinos valstijoje, Brazilijoje. Bokštas turi dvidešimt devynis aukštus ir keturiasdešimt vieną butą, išdėstytą pagal keturiolika skirtingų aukštų planų, kiekviename aukšte po du butus. Fasadą formuoja išlenktos ir vingiuotos linijos. Konsolinės betoninės terasos kiekviename aukšte keičia padėtį, todėl kiekvienas butas turi privatų sodą. Natūrali augmenija auga per visą pastatą. Medžiagos apima betoną, stiklą, keramiką, cinkuotą plieną, aliuminio kompozitinę medžiagą ir sertifikuotą medieną. Projektas siekia sumažinti poveikį aplinkai ir stiprinti bendruomeniškumo jausmą.

- Unique Properties
- Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.

- The development consists of a residential building with twenty-nine floors, two apartment per floor. totalizing 41 apartments on 14 different floor plans.
