About KIBA Tokyo Residence Pastatas

Projektas skirtas atstatyti gyvenamąjį pastatą nedidelėje aikštelėje KIBA Tokijuje, Japonijoje. Nors pastato dydis ir nedidelis, tame pačiame pastate kartu yra įvairių tipų būstai, todėl buvo pastatyta puiki gyvenamosios vietos bendruomenė mieste. Be to, fasadas, ypač medinės žaliuzės, suprojektuotas darniai su konkrečia vieta KIBA, kuri kažkada buvo žinoma medienos prekyba. KIBA Tokyo Residence sukurtų naujas vertybes ir naujus gyvenimo būdus iš vidaus (vidinės erdvės), o prarastą kraštovaizdį ir paveldą parodytų iš išorės (išorės erdvės).
