Apie Yun Park Pardavimų biuras

Yun Park – tai pardavimų biuras, įsikūręs Tiandzino Sičingo rajone, šalia didžiausio miesto pelkių parko. Interjeras užima 850 kvadratinių metrų plotą, o jo įkvėpimo šaltinis – tradicinis kinų sodas. Permatoma stiklinė fasadinė siena atveria erdvę į išorės vaizdą. Įėjimą žymi kupolas, suformuotas iš persidengiančių geometrinių formų, primenančių žiedlapius ir šlifuoto deimanto briaunas. Erdvės planą organizuoja geometriniai raštai ir tekančios kreivės. Tarp naudotų medžiagų – aukštos kokybės akmuo ir oda, taip pat ryškiai žalia sofa. Projektas įgyvendintas nuo 2022 m. vasario iki balandžio.

Under the transparent glass building facade of "Shuixi Yunlu", it is inspired by the Chinese garden. You can see the corridor and the hidden landscape. It integrates emptiness and tranquility, and penetrates seclusion into victory. It has the space bearing of "identifying thousands of pursuits in a square inch". Tyrimas: The project designer is very precise and strict in material selection, selection of high-quality stone, leather, etc., and matching with large-area glass curtain wall. These materials involve several countries and regions. We are committed to showing the invisible Tianjin spirit and feeling through interior design.
Įkvėpimas: The designer even incorporated the Chinese literati temperament of "Wen Wen Er Ya" into the indoor atmosphere. At the beginning, it is a dome made of many overlapping geometric shapes. The shape is like petals, like a diamond cut surface, with a romantic and eternal meaning. The entire sales office space is designed with geometric stitching patterns and streamline interweaving, which is simple and generous without losing dynamic romance.
Projekto trukmė: The project will be commenced in February 2022 and completed in April 2022.
Veikimo eiga: It took two months for the project from scheme bidding to implementation. The main operation process of the design scheme is to fully understand the pain points of the project and the needs of Party A through communication and on-the-spot investigation. The scheme is completed through brainstorming by the internal designer team of the company. After the scheme is approved, the designer needs to enter the site in advance and control the implementation of the project throughout the city.
