Apie Whirlpool Ratlankio Stebulė

Whirlpool yra ratlankio stebulė, sukurta stabdžių diskų vėsinimui. Stipinai turi propelerio formą, įkvėptą lėktuvų propelerių. Stabdymo metu trintis tarp stabdžių trinkelių ir stabdžių disko staigiai pakelia temperatūrą, o didelis karštis sutrumpina disko tarnavimo laiką. Whirlpool forma surenka aplink ratą esantį orą ir nukreipia jį į stabdžių disko centrą. Oro srautas vėsina diską, kai transporto priemonė juda. Stebulė pagaminta iš titano lydinio, naudojant liejimo ir CNC frezavimo technologijas.
