About Raised History Festivalio šviesos instaliacija

„Raised History“ yra festivalio šviesos instaliacija, sukurta Kalėdų renginiui. Konstrukcija pastatyta iš medinės grotelių struktūros, kuri atskleidžia vidinį karkasą ir įgauna medžio formą. Kintančios šviesos spalvos projektuojamos ant drobių, patalpintų kiekvieno sluoksnio apačioje. Spalvos atspindi miesto istorinius laikotarpius, o lenkta forma primena burlaivio kilį iš uosto įkūrimo laikų. Įrengta prie seno kanalo, instaliacija tampa vizualiniu akcentu ir suteikia šventinę atmosferą uosto teritorijai.

Design Challenge: The most difficult part was the structure of each wooden lattice. The structure had two curves, one for horizontal skirt under each layer and the other for vertical facade, and much more calculation was necessary than ordinary curved shape by lattice.
Inspiration: We leverage historical elements of the city, planning colors that represent each era and transforming them into projected light hues. Employing the sailboat keel structure from the port's establishment 400 years ago, we create a rhythm with undulating curves, giving the entire tree an elegant and dynamic appearance.
Project Duration: The project started in November 2023 in Tainan City, Taiwan and finished in December 2023. The installation was built for Christmas event which was held for 1 month.
