„Next Collection“ yra gyvenamasis kompleksas, suprojektuotas atsižvelgiant į Green Cape kraštovaizdį. Pastatą sudaro trys nepriklausomi korpusai, įrengti ant pakylos, kurioje įkurtas sodas. Pastato stogas naudojamas kaip visuomeninė erdvė su restoranu, baru ir baseinu. Korpusų išplanavimas užtikrina sklandų ryšį tarp butų ir sodo ant pakylos. Interjeras išlaikytas minimalistinio stiliaus, akcentuojant jūrinę tematiką ir ramią spalvų paletę. Dizainas sujungia organines formas su aplinkine topografija.
