Apie Majestic Gyvenamasis namas

Šis pastatas stovi nuožulniame sklype, antras aukštas yra viešoji zona, apimanti įėjimą, svetainę, valgomąjį ir virtuvę, o pirmas aukštas yra privačioji zona, apimanti sutuoktinių miegamąjį ir vaikų kambarį. Kaip minėta, įėjimas yra antrame aukšte, ir kadangi pastatas stovi šlaite, fasadas atrodo kaip vieno aukšto namas. Išorė apdailinta juodo natūralaus šiferio akmeniu ir marmurą primenančiomis plytelėmis ant išorinių sienų ir tvorų, akcentuota medinėmis grotelėmis ir baltais dažais, sukuriant orią, tačiau nuosaikiai švelną atmosferą.

Unikalios savybės: This is a two-family house where different generations coexist.
It is a two-story, wood-frame building on a sloping site.
The entrance is on the second floor, which makes it look like a one-story house from the facade. The eaves are a maximum of 2 meters high, giving the house a strong presence.
The exterior walls are finished with black natural stone, creating an imposing facade design.

Dizaino iššūkis: The design process was extremely difficult because of the sloping site.It would not have been easy to solve all the problems such as the impact on the neighboring site, the ground improvement work plan, and the sunlight plan, and to create a building with a beautiful, functional, and universal appearance.
Tyrimas: This is a two-family house for an elderly mother and her two young children.
In order for people of different generations to be able to coexist, the zoning was devised in such a way that they share a living room while ensuring privacy for each other.
The mother's private room, living room, kitchen, and spacious tray are located on the second floor, where the entrance is located, in order to avoid stairs and other steps for the elderly mother as much as possible.
Įkvėpimas: The building sits on a sloping site, with the entrance on the second floor, so from the façade it appears to be a one-story building. The exterior walls and fences are covered with natural slate stone and marble tiles, accented with wooden latticework and white paint, creating a design that is both stately and moderately soft.
The interior is a complete change from the exterior, with white and wood grain as the base colors, accented with glaze, creating a bright and fresh atmosphere.
