Dimensions & Packaging

To fully embrace the Ou River's natural landscape, the design features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, seamlessly connecting interior spaces with exterior views. A sightline-guided layout ensures the river view is visible from all areas. The project includes a smart home system for easy control of lighting, climate, and security, enhancing comfort. Ample natural light reduces reliance on artificial lighting, while low-emission glass and energy-efficient materials ensure sustainability.

Production Technology

This project combines LAMINAM ceramic slabs and Mia Mia yellow marble for exceptional durability and refined textures, creating an elegant atmosphere.
