Royal Residence yra šiuolaikinis gyvenamasis kompleksas, susidedantis iš dviejų 13 aukštų bokštų ir vieno 7 aukštų bokšto, kuriame yra 200 butų, įskaitant sodo dupleksus vilos stiliumi. Dizainas orientuotas į efektyvų erdvės panaudojimą, siūlant butus nuo vieno iki keturių miegamųjų. Pagrindiniai patogumai apima 2 200 kvadratinių metrų jūros vandens baseiną, 350 metrų nuotykių kanalą vandens sportui, vaikų baseiną, terminį baseiną, sporto aikšteles, turkišką pirtį, sauną ir erdvias socialines zonas, skatinančias subalansuotą ir prabangią gyvenamąją aplinką. Jis siūlo patogų gyvenimo būdą harmonijoje su gamta.

Unikalios savybės: The Royal seamlessly integrates modern architecture with the rich historical heritage of Erdemli, Mersin. Inspired by ancient civilizations such as the Hitites, Romans, and Byzantines, the design incorporates iconic architectural elements like arches and columns. Unique features include a 2200 m2 seawater pool, a 350 m adventure water canal, thermal pools, dynamic landscape lighting that changes with the wind and every apartment offers breathtaking sea views, ensuring an unparalleled living experience

Drawing from research on sustainable architecture and contemporary living, the project integrates green spaces, cutting-edge amenities, and wellness features to provide residents with a harmonious and comfortable lifestyle.
Projekto trukmė: The Royal Residence project commenced in January 2024 in Erdemli, Mersin, and is expected to be completed in December 2025. The project has been carefully planned to integrate modern architectural design with sustainable living practices, aiming to provide a high-quality living environment. Once completed, it will offer a wide range of luxurious residential and communal spaces, enhancing the local community's lifestyle in Erdemli.
Veikimo eiga: Royal Residence is designed to offer seamless interaction between its residents and the environment.
