Modulinė forma kilusi iš langų atsidarymo judesio, taip pat primenanti slankiklių elementus, naudojamus technologinėse sąveikose. Logotipas sukurtas remiantis aukso pjūvio principu ir spausdinamas naudojant „Pantone“ specialiąsias spalvas. Dizainu siekiama išreikšti atvirumą ir sujungti miesto kultūrą su technologijomis.

"Cloud" represents height and vision, reflecting the project's strategic position at the city's peak, offering a panoramic perspective of the overall landscape. It aims to create an intelligent and futuristic urban exhibition space, providing a platform for interaction, exchange, and experiential display for citizens,

The modular design, inspired by the opening form of windows, reflects both the openness and inclusiveness of the space, while also echoing the slider components in technological interactions.

Operation Flow: The Cloud Living Room incorporates human-computer interaction devices, allowing audiences to immerse themselves in the city's culture, developmental achievements, and future vision.
